Traditional Bulgarian food and BBQ prepared with different kinds of marinades. All the dishes are cooked from their original Bulgarian recipes and served in their particular authentic and traditional cutlery (earthenware dish, flat baking dish) and served with great aromatic wine and traditional Rakiya.
